1. Products & Handmade Nature
All our wooden products are handcrafted by skilled artisans.
Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in color, grain, size, and texture are normal and shall not be considered defects.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary.
2. Orders
Orders can be placed through our official website or any authorized sales channel.
Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, cancellations are not permitted.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
3. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned on the product page.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Any additional charges such as shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
4. Payment
We accept payments through secure online payment gateways.
Orders will only be processed after full payment is received and verified.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge the total order amount.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship only within Tamil Nadu.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days from dispatch.
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, size, and delivery location.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Damages, Returns & Refunds
We take utmost care in packing and shipping your order.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds or replacements will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
We do not offer returns or refunds for minor variations in handmade products.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including images, product descriptions, logos, and designs—is our intellectual property and may not be used without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.
