1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
The item must not be damaged, and in its original condition.
All original tags, manuals, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
A valid order number and proof of purchase must be provided, along with photos and vidoes.
Certain customized products are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos if the product is damaged or defective.
Once approved, our team will guide you on how to ship the product back. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Replacements & Exchanges
We offer replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Replacement delivery timelines may vary, but we aim to deliver the replacement within 5–7 business days after approval.
Replacements are subject to product availability.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
If you want to cancel, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
After the product is packed or shipped, no cancellation will be accepted.
